Conclave Committees

Training Committee Coordinates all aspects of the University-style training at Conclave, including determining the courses to be offered, finding youth trainers and adult advisers for those trainers, and distributing earned degrees at Conclave. CVC: Rodney Hildebrand Adviser: Tim Giesbers	Activities Committee Plans and runs Saturday afternoon activities available to all participants, as well as some evening activities. This includes,for example, athletic-type games, inflatable games, midway booths, the Conclave radio station, and competitions. CVC: Richard Austring Adviser: John Durbetaki
Promo./Comm. Committee Designs, creates and manages distribution of all promotional materials for Conclave, including the Conclave Promo video, postcards, posters, and the Section website. Also manages communication while on-site at Conclave, including signage and the Kloshe Wa Wa newsletter. CVC: Jeff Phillips Adviser: Brad Harris	Shows Committee Plans and executes the Friday Night Show, the Saturday Night Theme Show, and the Sunday Morning Wrap-Up Show. This includes writing scripts, recruiting actors (if necessary), and setting up audio, video, and lighting on-site. CVC: Jake Hueni & Sean Gallagher Advisers: Drew Desilet & Josh Gana
Special Events Committee Responsible for planning and carrying out evening activities or activities throughout the Conclave weekend that involve special groups or restricted attendance, finds and contracts music bands to play on-site, and plans religious services for Sunday morning. CVC: Chris Cooley Adviser: Vince Bishop	Native American Events Committee Sets up and runs the Tipi Village and all activities within it, including Ceremony Evaluations, the Pow Wow, craft workshops and other Native American activities, Saturday morning classes, the Brotherhood Ceremony, and vendors. CVC: Kenneth Beck Adviser: Travis Korbe
Auction Committee Responsible for collecting, cataloging, and organizing all donations for the Section silent and oral auctions. Organizes and implements both the silent and oral auctions to help raise and collect funds to support the day-to-day operations of the Section. CVC: TBA Adviser: Carl Hastings
