Conclave Memorobilia Auction

Greetings Patrons, Past, Present, & Future,

First let me thank you all again for your past support of Section W-1A. If it wasn't for all that you have done in the past, W-1A would not be on the financial base that it is on today. Nor would W-1A have been able to send a large contribution to the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Without this support THE WEST would not be THE BEST! So as an incentive and a Thank You, after much discussion, W-1A is proud to announce that this year's incentive will be a custom embroidered polar fleece vest. The vest will have on the back a large embroidered Norhtwest style Beaver on it. On the left front of the vest will have the Patrons first name embroidered in gold colored thread under the Section logo. For those that were at Conclave last year, the Beaver on back will be similar to the Generic Back patch. A proto type jpeg is to the right.

Now in order to receive one of the 25 available to Adults, one must be able to donate at least $300 worth of donations to the Section Auction. Those of you that have attended past Conclaves know; That if you donate it, we will auction it! For the 5 available Youth, a donation value of $150 will get you a vest. We are also continuing our participant level donation program with the incentive being a donator participant patch. In order to guarantee that you will receive one of the vest, the Adults and Youth will need to confirm with me ASAP. We already have 7 Adults and 3 Youth spoken for and will need at least a couple of weeks to get the embroidery done before Conclave. Therefore, I will need your confirmation no later than August 25th. In your confirmation we will need to know your first name chosen to go on the vest as well as your size. Donations will also need to be sent to me before the end of August also. Last year we had 564 items cataloged before Conclave!! That allows us to catalog those items that come into Conclave on Friday night, about 220+. So now you see just how large Section W-1A's auction has become! Remember that donated items can be such as: money, patches, services, and memorabilia. Don't forget items for the Youth only auction too!

Remember getting your items in early allows the Auction committee to enjoy a little of Conclave too! So don't delay, get yours in today to get on THE LIST! Remember also that this is a limited edition item special to the Pacific North West. And your help keeps insuring that we have the Largest Conclave in the Western Region!

I ask you to please look into your Hearts and collections and see what you can do for Section W-1A this year and help Our Section to put on the largest Auction in the Pacific Northwest. With your help, we can ensure that our Youth can do all that they are able to do! And if you come to Conclave, we will make sure that You are part of the show Saturday night!
